Three-quarters of the United States National Park Service advisory board participated in a mass resignation on Monday night, detailing their experiences with Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke's refusal to meet with the group according to National Public Radio. Frank Hoogerbeets an astrologer based on the Netherlands warned U.S. residents living on the West Coast to prepare for a Magnitude 9 earthquake. Hoogerbeets claimed that a rare planetary alignment will occur between February 21 and March 7.
